We strive to display our jewellery as accurately as possible, including product descriptions, metal tones, gemstone colors, weights, and dimensions.

However:

  • Actual product colors may vary due to lighting, photography, screen resolution, and natural gemstone variations.

  • Product weights and dimensions are approximate.

  • Minor variations are inherent in handcrafted jewellery and do not constitute defects.

We do not guarantee that all content is error-free and reserve the right to correct pricing, descriptions, or availability at any time — including after an order is placed.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site — including designs, photographs, videos, text, logos, trademarks, layouts, and brand elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Rosa Vella Studio and is protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

8. Payments & Pricing

We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, Gift Cards, and other approved payment gateways.

All transactions are processed through RBI-authorized payment providers. Rosa Vella Studio is not liable for any payment gateway failures, delays, or security breaches beyond our control.

Prices may change without prior notice. The final price payable is the price displayed at checkout.

9. Shipping, Delivery & Risk Transfer

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days, subject to availability and courier partner timelines.

  • Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Title and risk transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect address details or courier partner issues.

Customers must refuse delivery of visibly damaged or tampered packages.

10. Returns, Replacements & Credit Notes

Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of jewellery, we maintain a strict quality and inspection policy.

  • Only manufacturing defects verified by Rosa Vella Studio qualify for replacement or credit notes.

  • No cash refunds are issued.

  • Claims must be supported by a continuous unboxing video clearly showing the intact package and defect.

Credit notes are processed within 15 working days and exclude shipping and COD charges.

Public defamation or premature social media posts before resolution may result in claim rejection.

11. Allergies & Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer

Jewellery materials may interact differently with individual skin types.

Rosa Vella Studio shall not be liable for allergic reactions unless medically proven to be caused exclusively by our product and certified by a licensed medical practitioner.

12. Third-Party Links & External Websites

We are not responsible for the content, security, or policies of third-party websites linked from our Site. Accessing external links is entirely at your own risk.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We may share data:
